In the Kiev Oblast, hundreds of Agrotitans "battled"

For the sixth year in a row "Battle of Agrotitans" collects agrarians from all over Ukraine. This year this huge event was held on September 4-5 in the village Stepne, Kiev Oblast, on the fields of the group of companies "TAK". Farmerscan.com team was present at the opening of the exhibition and hurried to share the details.

The „Battle of Agrotitans" is considered to be the largest exhibition-demonstration in the field. The numbers confirm this: about 2500 guests, more than 500 units of machinery, 136 units of which is machinery in move.

On the territory of agro exhibition dozens of famous manufacturers and dealers of machinery, including Kuhn, Grassfield, Titan Machinery, Favorit , Horsch, Elvorti, Land Lord, Pöttinger, Amako, Jupiter 9, Kobzarenko Plant and many others extended the display. The companies demonstrated the best of their achievements. There were presented both popular, years-tested models, as well as novelties, which correspond to modern trends of agro market.

"We represent the company "Agro Innovation Systems". We are official distributors of quadcopters for ultra-small volumes of pesticides, fertilizers. The advantages are that one person can do everything; it is easy, maintenance is almost unnecessary. You can process 60 hectares per day. This is the technology of ultra-small spraying; the norm is 15 liters per hectare. Quadcopter is equipped with electrostatic injectors. The productivity of this system is 6 hectares per hour", said the technical director of the company Anton Hereles.

Within two days, hundreds of demonstrations of machinery were held in the field, under which most of the exhibition area was taken. The entire demonstration area was divided into five zones, depending on the technique that was represented on it. In this way agricultural manufactures had the opportunity to see seeders, harvesters, ploughs, sprayers, harrows and cultivators from such well-known brands as Kuhn, John Deere, New Holland, Case IH, Vaderstad and others in action.

At the field demonstration, the company Pöttinger presented the planting complex Terrasem c8 Fertilizer, which allows to prepare qualitatively the soil in one pass of the machinery and to sow with simultaneous application of fertilizers.

The company "Soufflet Agro Ukraine" demonstrated the seeder Sky Easydrill W 6000 Fertisem. This mechanical seed drill is designed for direct seeding, it minimally damages the soil.

"We came to the exhibition to see on the market, how we can till the ground. What are the best aggregates available today for the dressing our fields. We are interested in ploughs, cutters. In our farm, we cultivate corn, sunflower, barley, mainly cereal crops. We like this exhibition", the farmer Oleh Suprun shared his impressions with the farming enterprise "Grain" in Cherkasy Oblast.

In addition to agricultural machinery, a separate test drive was organized for cars. Taking into account specifics of the farmers work, crossovers and offroaders was prevalent at the exhibition.

As part of the "Battle of Agrotitans", the first in Ukraine auction of second-hand machinery was organized. 31 units of machinery was offered for sale, everyone could take part in the bidding.

All through the day, the organizers hold an entertainment program – performances of musical groups, prize draws and in conclusion a strongman show from Alexander Pekalov.
