The presentation of an Italian seed drill took place in Kirovohrad district

In Kirovohrad district, near the village Nazarovka, the presentation of the Italian seed drill Sfoggia, model Sigma 5 was held. The event was organized by the official dealer of the foreign brand, the company "Vait Agropartners". The field testing was conducted with the use of the seed material, which was provided by the company "Pioneer".

According to the owner of the company "Sfoggia", Maria Theresa Sfoggia, Sigma 5 is a trailed drill, which is designed for planting of industrial crops with simultaneous fertilization. 

"The main characteristics of this seed drill are reliability and the highest precision of the seeding. First of all, we give farmers the opportunity to plant different crops with different seed sizes. Also, the seed drill has a large variety of changes in interstitial space, starting from a very narrow interstitial space and to the widest interstitial space," said the owner of the company.

The presentation demonstrated the work of the seed drill with a mechanical drive, while there are seed drills with electric drives in the model range of the company "Sfoggia". Depending on the buyer needs, there are trailed or mounted seed drills from 2 to 24 rows for any tilled crops.

"We guarantee the equipment reliability; all the elements of the construction are made in Italy without the use of plastic parts. The seed drill can work on hard-to-reach soils. It is no less important that the components for seed drills can be found on the Ukrainian market. However, if it is necessary, we send parts from Italy within 24 hours. The seed drill is very simple and convenient by the regulation, intuitively the farmer can understand where and what to check. Perhaps, it is necessary to grease two or three spare parts correctly and in time, and the drill will work for many years," added Theresa Sfoggia.

The maintenance of the seed drill is carried out by the dealer company "Vait Agropartners", whose employees were trained at the factories of the Italian manufacturer.

A tractor Deutz Fahr and a seed drill of a model Sigma 5 were attracted directly to the planting. The cost of such a seed drill is available for farmers of small and medium-sized farms," said Anatolii Kharchenko, representative of the company "Vait Agropartners".

"The seed drill is very convenient to use. There is a monitor in the tractor cab, which shows a hectare counter, estimation of the sown seeds, data on density of planting and suchlike. During the testing, 20 hectares of the farm field "Agrotehnologiya ", which is owned by Alexander Pavlenko, were sown.
