Electronic tradings led to an increase of land rent by 23%

The state electronic trading system "SETDP" held more than 1000 land auctions for the value of 79 million UAH. This was reported by the website kurkul, referring to the press service of "SETDP". 

On average, the cost of the lot increased by 180%. This led to an increase in rent cost by 23% relative to the normative monetary value.

Now on the website of SC “SETDP”, 42,800 hectares of land are put up for auction.

“Competitive electronic auctions allowed to earn an additional 51 million UAH. Most of all, 3-5 participants compete for the lot. The received money will fill the local budgets annually during the term of the lease. During the rental tradings, modern technology Blockchain is used, which neutralizes various manipulations and corruption risks”, noted Viktor Vishnev, General Director of "SETDP".

Most of all, land plots were sold in the Odessa Oblast. It is referred to175 land plots with an area of more than 4000 hectares. The highest cost of the leased farm lands was in Kirovohrad Oblast in the Dobrovelychkivka Raion (Tyshkovskyi village council). The cost of a plot of 150 hectares is 1900000 UAH. The basic price was 411000 UAH.There was an increase in price by 363%.
